to Ohio, I began to suspect the answer. Then when you got to New
Jersey, I knew it for sure.
Though one of my Huguenot ancestors came in thru New
Hampshire, another Calvinist ancestor who was Flemish/Walloon came from a village near
Bruges thru New Netherlands town of Rysvick on the Hudson – the
modern town of Kingston.
It ain’t easy putting the Franco Humpty Dumpty back together again,
but it will happen.
